Founded in 2015, Myoffice Answer has aggressively grown to 250-plus employees. Myoffice Answer provides simple yet unique billing processing solutions and services. Headquartered in Maryland, USA, Myoffice Answer has development, support and back office centers in three locations in India. Dave Patel, Founder & CEO of Myoffice Answer is a CPA by trade with extensive professional experience at the Big Five Audit firms, including Deloitte & Touche, PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. Dave is an astute entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio within Medical, Financial and Technology sectors. His constant drive for Product positioning has spurred him to blend methodologies and technologies into a perfect combination of “Automation Solutions” for the medical and financial industries. His investments in various medical ventures — from multimillion-dollar outpatient diagnostic centers to durable medical equipment businesses — allow him to be a key influencer and a strategist with vision.

For Myoffice Answer, Dave oversees the rollout of operations globally, as well as keeping a keen eye on Federal and State regulatory compliance in the United States. His desire to combine process-driven methodologies with the latest technologies helps drive Myoffice Answer’ automated solutions and its proprietary suite of products.

Saumya Patel

Saumya Patel has more than twelve years of professional work experience across a broad spectrum of industries including information technology, healthcare, Delivery Operations and consulting. Saumya’s involvement in various fields makes her stand-out and the roles that she engaged in are as associate consultant, quality lead and engagement director with organizations like Larsen & Toubro InfoTech and so on.
Saumya Patel actively engages in client relationships and making decisions about corporate policies and most importantly, manages overall operations that take place in India. She is responsible for driving TaskFlow Answer’s expansion plans and strategic growth objectives. Current role as the President of TaskFlow Answer gives her the unique opportunity to put to practice her natural leadership skills, pursuit of excellence and years of experience.
Saumya has pursued her MCA (Master of Computer Applications) and has professional experience in SAP Business Intelligence.

Milan Kalola

VP CLIENT SERVICES

As VP of Client Services, Milan Kalola is primarily responsible for gathering client’s requirement and enhancement requestswhich are essential to ease their day to day use of different solutions provided by Myoffice Answer.

Milan brings to the position a successful track record of more than 12 years and most of that includes in evolving IT Healthcare Industries of United States. Milan specializes in forming strategic alliances and programs that add value to the client relationship.
Prior to Joining Myoffice Answer, Milan oversaw and lead a group of Implementation teams such as Interfaces(LIS, PMS, State registries), EHR/EMR configuration, Taskforce(State Incentive Programs i.e. Meaningful Use, CPC, Medicaid), Data Migration(Migration of Data between different softwares). Milan has earned degree of Engineering in Computer Science which gives him ability to work closely with Software Developers.
